Shipping costs for orders below R2,000 will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched from our premises, delivery is managed by the courier service. While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, Stride Haus cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

Risk & Ownership

Ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated delivery address.

Any shortages, damages, or delivery issues should be reported to Stride Haus within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can assist in resolving the matter with our courier partner.
