Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Rates & Fees

We offer free PostNet-to-PostNet delivery on all orders over R2000.

  • Orders below R2000: Flat delivery fee of R99
  • All delivery costs are clearly displayed at checkout
  • No additional handling or hidden fees apply

2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 working day after payment confirmation
  • Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–5 business days depending on location
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations
  • Orders are processed on business days only
  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next working day

3. Delivery Method & Collection

  • All orders are delivered via PostNet-to-PostNet service
  • Parcels are sent to the PostNet branch selected by the customer at checkout
  • Customers will receive a tracking notification once the order is dispatched
  • Valid identification is required when collecting your parcel

4. Risk & Responsibility

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, risk of loss or damage to goods remains with Stride Haus until the parcel has been delivered to the selected PostNet branch.

Once the parcel has been delivered and is available for collection, responsibility transfers to the customer.

5. Uncollected or Failed Deliveries

  • If a parcel is not collected within the courier’s holding period, it may be returned to us
  • Re-delivery may be arranged at an additional cost
  • Please ensure correct contact details and selected branch information at checkout

6. Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver nationwide within South Africa via the PostNet network.

International shipping may be arranged on request. Please contact us prior to placing your order.

7. Consumer Rights

This policy is in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa. Customers are entitled to receive goods within the agreed timeframe and in good condition.
